I offer a free 30-minute assessment session so we can get to know each other and see if we’d be a good fit to work together.

• Counselling sessions: £65 for 50 minutes
• Counselling Diploma students: £50 for 50 minutes
• Supervision: £65 for 1 hour

I’m also registered with a number of insurers, including AXA, Aviva, Vitality, and WPA.

Your first appointment will be a free initial consultation.
This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and share what has brought you to counselling at this time. From there, we can decide together how best to move forward.
