I know that finding the right counsellor can feel like a big step. With so many options out there, it’s natural to feel unsure about where to start. My aim is to make things a little easier and to create a safe, supportive space where you can take that step.
What You Can Expect
Counselling is your time — a place to talk openly, without judgment. We’ll go at your pace, exploring whatever feels important for you right now. Together, we’ll find ways to move forward that feel manageable and meaningful.
My Approach
Everyone’s story is different, and there’s no “one-size-fits-all”. I work in an integrative way, drawing on different approaches to suit your needs. I am a warm and open therapist. My aim is to understand you in order to help you make sense of and accept yourself and your own life experiences.
